NCO will ensure the delivery of goods usually within 10 working days subsequent to verification of payment . The delivery would take place in a maximum of 30 working days These delivery times are to be referred to the availability in stock at the time of the purchase.


The Customer acknowledges that, because of the possible simultaneous access to the web site by many users, the actual availability of the individual products may change considerably during the same day
At the time of delivery of the goods by courier,the Customer must check that: the number of pieces in delivery corresponds to that indicated in the invoice and that the packaging is not damaged, wet or altered
Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, adding the word "retirement with reservation " on the appropriate document and confirmed, within 8 days by registered letter with acknowledgment of Return to the courier, the address of which is explained on the accompanying document. Any damages or hidden defects must be written reported by registered mail with return receipt to the address of which is explicit on the accompanying document.


NCO provides the address area-commerciale@ncocommercio.com   as a reference to help the customer in resolving any delivery problems, discrepancies and damages of any kind, change of the delivery address and other requests related to shipments.

In case of replacement of damaged goods shipping charges are charged to the NCO within 10 working days.
